  • Customized or bespoke equipment.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
     

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us of your return by contacting our customer service team at sales@uklasergroupltd.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without a RAN.

  3. Return the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product. Ensure that the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is clearly marked on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a fault on our part.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
     

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
