  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed and payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery date.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. Delivery Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

  • Carrier Services: We use reputable carriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail to deliver your order. The carrier used for your order will be indicated in the tracking email.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order to the correct address.

  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged packaging and items to facilitate a claim with the carrier. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
     

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
